Minnesota Bicentennial Wagon Restoration Project
The History Center of Olmsted County would like your help contributing to the restoration of the Bicentennial Wagon, an educational piece in possession of the History Center. Clarence and Berenice Smith represented Minnesota, driving the wagon from St. Paul, MN to Valley Forge, PA in the wagon train in America’s Bicentennial Celebration in 1976. Recently Clarence passed away and in his memory the History Center of Olmsted County would appreciate any contributions to the restoration of the wagon, which can be used as an educational piece for future generations. Please see the flyer below for more information on the project and to find out how to contribute!
