Seating times and ticket packages for the event:

 

“The Louise” 

$50 

1:30-2:30 Tea and Program: guests enjoy a variety of light sandwiches, fruit, and desserts with tea, and become an important character from the Mayo Clinic’s early years through a guided conversation in the Living Room.  

 2:30-4:00 Open House: guests are free to wander the mansion at their leisure while meeting several come-to-life ladies featured in the book Women of Mayo Clinic: The Founding Generation by Virginia Wright-Peterson, have the opportunity to meet the author and ask questions or get their copy of the book signed (books will be available for purchase in the Welcome Center), and learn from local and visiting historians. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early as your Tea and Program will begin promptly at 1:30. 

 

 

 

“The Edith” 

$50 

1:30-3:00 Open House: guests are free to wander the mansion at their leisure while meeting several come-to-life ladies featured in the book Women of Mayo Clinic: The Founding Generation by Virginia Wright-Peterson, have the opportunity to meet the author and ask questions or get their copy of the book signed (books will be available for purchase in the Welcome Center), and learn from local and visiting historians. 

3:00-4:00 Tea and Dessert Program: guests enjoy a variety of light sandwiches, fruit, and desserts with tea, and become an important character from the Mayo Clinic’s early years through a guided conversation in the Living Room.  

 

 

 

“The Maud” 

$100 

5:00-6:15 Formal Dinner and Dessert Program: guests are served a salad and choice of entrée with wine in the elegant Mayowood Living Room, followed by the dessert program where they will become an important character from the Mayo Clinic’s early years through a guided conversation.  

6:15-8:30 Open House: guests are free to wander the mansion at their leisure while meeting several come-to-life ladies featured in the book Women of Mayo Clinic: The Founding Generation by Virginia Wright-Peterson, have the opportunity to meet the author and ask questions or get their copy of the book signed (books will be available for purchase in the Welcome Center), and learn from local and visiting historians.

$100

6:45-8:00 Formal Dinner and Dessert Program: guests are served a salad and choice of entrée with wine in the elegant Mayowood Living Room, followed by the dessert program where they will become an important character from the Mayo Clinic’s early years through a guided conversation.
