The staff at the History Center of Olmsted County is always working to create engaging and exciting opportunities for our community and area visitors to learn about and engage with the rich and diverse history of Olmsted County through programming, exhibits and events.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit we are dependent on support from our community, with over 60% of our annual operating income coming from Individual Contributions/gifts, Donations, Corporate Grants and Sponsorships.
Sponsorships are unique in that they offer us an opportunity to support our community partners through exposure and other benefits, while funding our work to collect, preserve and educate.

What is Sponsorship?
Sponsorship at the History Center can be financial, media, promotional or In-Kind contributions that are given in exchange for promotional benefits and brand exposure; essentially a marketing investment that also support a cause that aligns with a business or individuals values and interests.
What can I/our organization sponsor at the History Center?
You can sponsor Programs, Events, Exhibits, Free Admission or development of the History Center’s property.
How are Sponsorship Contributions used?
Sponsorship contributions are used to first ensure that we are able to provide affordable and accessible programs and events as well as access to the History Center and Grounds for all. We also rely on sponsorship contributions to expand our operations and offer new and exciting programming, events and exhibits.
